LENTEN REGULATIONS FOR FAST AND ABSTINENCE

GOOD FRIDAY IS A DAY OF FAST AND ABSTINENCE FROM MEAT
The time for fulfilling the Easter Duty extends from the
First Sunday of Lent to Trinity Sunday, May 30, 2010.
This Precept requires one to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation at least once a year.
