Siena Hall Rental

Effective July 1, 2011 rental expense for the hall will be $600 for parishioners and $750 for non-parishioners. Of this amount, $100 is for table set up and clean up.

Additionally, the renter must purchase liability insurance ($100) through the Diocese of Camden. The insurance check must be made out to the DIOCESE OF CAMDEN.

The rental check must be made out to ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCH. Checks are to be received by SCB when rental arrangements are made.

Siena Hall will be available for rental (4 hour increments) between the following hours:

Friday: 8AM-6PM
Saturday: 8AM- 11PM
Sunday: 12NOON-6PM

A St Charles Staff Person will be on site during the rental hours

Rentals will be for 4 hour periods (additional hour $150)

DJs are not permitted to use smoke machine
Tables are normally set in 8s
Renters must supply a floor plan a week in advance
Caterers must leave the kitchen in the same condition they find it; if a caterer must use plates, etc. that are part of SCB supplies, please replace them ASAP; trash must be placed in the dumpster outside.
If caterer supplies and dispenses alcohol, a license from the township is required. If the renter supplies the alcohol, the party is considered “Private” and does not require a license.
Decorations are the responsibility of the renter, including table cloths and utensils and dinnerware. Equipment in the kitchen can be used by renters and caterers with the understanding that the equipment is to be left in clean condition.
